Agile Investment Management LLC announces the strengthening of its infrastructure management with the addition of Chetram Persaud as full-time Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Administrative Officer.

oversight and controls for future product expansion.”

As CCO & CAO of Agile, Mr. Persaud leads the firm’s compliance and regulatory framework and drives operational excellence across all business functions. He oversees Agile’s compliance program, policies and procedures, regulatory engagement, and adherence to securities laws, and directs operational excellence, workflow optimization, vendor management, and business resiliency initiatives.

Mr. Persaud brings deep knowledge into these areas, joining Agile with more than 25 years of experience at global financial institutions and the US Securities and Exchange Commission. His career reflects a consistent record of strengthening governance, building durable infrastructures and enhancing regulatory and operational transparency.

Before joining Agile, Mr. Persaud served as Chief Compliance Officer and Vice President for the registered investment advisory businesses of Virtus Investment Partners. He previously held senior leadership roles at UBS Global Asset Management, including Chief Compliance Officer of the UBS SNB Stabilization Fund and Deputy Chief Compliance Officer for the Americas. Earlier in his career he served as a compliance senior analyst at Morgan Stanley Investment Management. He began his career as a Senior Examiner at the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
