Charles C. Tomes is a Portfolio Manager and is the Head of Portfolio Implementation and Capability Management. He serves as a decision-maker on the investment team, supporting the credit process, and client engagement. Previously, Charles was a Portfolio Manager on the Global Multisector Fixed Income Team at Manulife Investment Management, and he started his career at Morgan Stanley.
